What we are

PinchRx is a U.S.-focused tool to compare prescription cash prices and make sense of your options. We started from a simple idea: people should see real prices where we have them, see which links are sponsored, and never get a fake “deal” number.

Why we built it

Paying for medicine is confusing—copays, discount cards, mail order, and pharmacy cash prices don’t line up in one obvious “best” answer. PinchRx brings transparent comparison into one place so you can decide with your clinician and pharmacist.

Our “unbiased” commitment

When we earn a fee from a partner, we label it. We don’t hide the lowest price to favor a sponsor. Today our live pricing comes from CostPlus Drugs when your medication is listed. We do not show made-up GoodRx dollar amounts—we’ll integrate GoodRx properly when we’re allowed to.

How we may make money

We may earn a commission or referral fee when you use certain outbound links (for example affiliate programs). That does not change which options we list or how we rank live prices from CostPlus. See our Privacy Policy and footer on each page for more detail.

Data sources

• CostPlus Drugs — public API; live mail-order cash prices when the drug is listed.
• FDA NDC (openFDA) — generic/ingredient context; no pricing.
• Illustrative retail averages — rough U.S. cash benchmarks for context only; not a quote.
• GoodRx — we link out for local pharmacy search when CostPlus doesn’t carry a drug; in-product GoodRx pricing is planned, not simulated.
